We do not charge for access to this site, and no payment is ever required to read it or to receive the weekly sirius report. By using the site you accept these terms.

If you are a freya client, your agreement with us governs your use of freya and everything supplied under it. These terms do not vary, limit or add to that agreement, and where the two differ, your agreement prevails. This page covers the public website only.

All content, data, methodologies, algorithms, indices, models, reports, software, design and branding on this site are the property of TETRIXX PTE. LTD. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

You may read, download and share what we publish for your own internal business purposes, and you may quote it with attribution. That is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicence or publicly display the sirius reports or the index data as a product or service of your own;
• Use automated tools, including scrapers and bots, to extract data from the site in bulk, other than the search and AI crawlers we permit in our robots.txt;
• Remove or alter any attribution, proprietary notice or watermark;
• Use sirius data to build a competing product or index; or
• Reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive or approximate, the models, calculations or methodology behind the index.

If you want to use our material in a way these terms do not allow, ask us. We answer these requests, and a licence is often straightforward.

Market data comes from third parties and we are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or anything published on it, whether direct or indirect. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date below shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
